Deja Vintage Privacy Statement

Here you can read what we do with our clients personal data and what to do if you do not agree our conditions.

Customer details

Personal data that the client provided us with for the necessary invoice (essential for our administration and logistics operations) is store digitally and in our paper archive. The personal data requested that we save: Name, address, city, country, email address, phone number, bank account number (optional) and VAT number (optional).


We store your personal data for our records as we have to keep them with us for the tax services for 5 years.

Other than that, we do not use the information.

Provision of personal data
We do not provide any personal data to third parties, unless requested by our financial administration (accountant), or legally obligated.

Storage period
Client data will be stored in our administration during the legal storage period of 5 years regarding  tax authorities (as mentioned above) and kept with us until the client notify us in writing or by email requests to delete the account.

View, change or deletion
If the client wishes to make any corrections or remove personal data,
he can notify us by email at floris@dejavintage.com

Analysis use websites 
Google Analytics is used as a tool to  analyze and improve the website. The use of this tool is used as anonymously as possible as we follow the guidelines of the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Complaints
If the client requests to have his/her personal data altered or if he/she has any questions or problems regarding the methods in which we process the client's personal data, please contact us via the email address to floris@dejavintage.com . The client has always the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority if Deja Vintage doesn't solve any matter regarding the clients personal data.
