Dining Room or Garden Set by Helmit Bätzner for Bofinger, 1960s

The model BA 1171 chairs and garden table was designed by architect and designer Helmit Bätzner in 1964 in close co-operation with the Bowfinger company in Germany. The stackable so-called Bofinger chairs and dining table was the first furniture produced in a one-piece plastic fiberglass- reinforced polyester developed to be produced in one single pressing process for serial production. Original state, stamped by maker. Vivid yellow color chairs. Model number- BA 1171.
