Dutch Walnut Sideboard by William Watting for Fristho, 1955

This walnut sideboard was designed by the Danish designer William Watting in 1955, and was produced in the Netherlands by Fristho. Watting started the Scandinavian influence at Fristho Franeker with his 'Modern Art' collection, which this sideboard is part of. The piece is made from walnut and features brass and palm raffia accents. On the left are four drawers, the middle features two sliding doors covered with raffia, and there is one more door on the right.
