Grasshopper Floor Lamp by W. Hagoort for Hagoort, 1960s

This black and red Minimalist floor light was produced by Dutch lighting company Hagoort in the 1950s after a design by Willem Hagoort. It has a great subtle minimal design that was clearly influenced by Italian examples such as Arteluce. The lamp features a movable shade and a minimal looking tripod base. The perforated shade features the typical 1950s appearance. The diameter of the shade is 28cm.
