Pierre Jeanneret PJ-SI-29-A Easy Cane Chair / Authentic Mid-Century Modern 1950s

Wonderful original Easy Chair designed by Pierre Jeanneret. Model no. PJ-SI-29-A. The Easy Chair is masterpiece of modernist design, comfortable and practical, showcasing Jeanneret’s iconic “compass” style, with triangular-section legs, curved backrest and sloping armrests.
Crafted from teak and cane, which have developed a beautiful, rich patina over the years. The cane has been restored, and there is a small piece of wood missing at the end of the right foot.
