Svend Aage Madsen Executive Teak Desk for HP Hansen, 1960s, Denmark

Exclusive Scandinavian Modern large desk designed by Svend Madsen and manufactured by HP Hansen in Denmark, 1960s period. This beautiful desk features a bowed large top with vibrant teak wood grain and a raised lip edge. The desk offers on its front two bank of four drawers made of oakwood with recessed pull handles while the back features a cubby and a large display area and cabinet. The front and back drawers has a working lock and one key witch fits all the locks. The desk rests on four solid wood legs that also support the top plate giving the piece a floating aspect.
