vintage magazine and serving cart made of pine 1970s

beautifully made pine magazine rack with wooden details on black plastic wheels. Can be used as bar card or serving / side table. 
Attributed to Ate van Apeldoorn, a Dutch designer who made lots of furniture mostly in pine.
